indigiTUBE is proud to be a part of Bush Bands Bash: Greatest Hits, taking you back through the best of the past 15 years of the iconic Bush Bands program in Central Australia.
The 2020 iteration of the program was unfortunately canceled due to the COVID pandemic, however, MusicNT has taken the opportunity to look back through the archives and bring you the best of Bush Bands past, in collaboration with online First Nations media platform Indigitube.
Bush Bands Bash: Greatest Hits kicks off today with the release of triple j’s Hack coverage from the 2008 program, with further archived footage to be released throughout September in celebration of the program and its outstanding participants from 2005 until now.
As well as looking back over some of the program’s most memorable moments, MusicNT is also calling on all previous mentors, staff, bands, volunteers, and Bash attendees to share their favorite memories of Bush Bands by using the hashtag #BBBGreatestHits or tagging MusicNT in any Bush Bands related posts.
Make sure to follow MusicNT’s Bush Bands Bash and Indigitube on Facebook to be notified whenever more Bush Bands history is released!
