FIRST SOUNDS first made waves in 2020, and again in 2021. Now we're back for more in 2022! Seven volumes of FIRST SOUNDS have been released so far in partnership with Amrap initiative, featuring over 70 First Nations artists and their music. Tracks have been contributed by artists who represent the vast regions, languages and cultures from across our country.
The response has been epic with many FIRST SOUNDS artists receiving great airplay, often for the first time. Entries are listened to by a selection panel of First Nations music industry leaders.
